Rules & Divisions
2 gun Match Rules
Firearm Action Shooting Trials events are intended to be a place for competitors to exercise their Second Amendment Rights in a constructive, challenging, and fun environment.
Divisions available at each match are listed on the Practiscore registration page. Not all divisions are available at every match. This changes based upon the host facility rules and event focus. Armored division
This division is for people who want to increase the physical challenge of the match by wearing armor. This comes with the benefit of fewer restrictions on shooting equipment.
Auto-rifle division
Gas it up. Burn it down. Forced Reset or Full Auto required.
Bullpup division
The bullets go BEHIND the trigger.
Gray man
division
The Gray Man is discreet until called into action. Intended for compact rifles, SBRs, and PDWs; everything in this division starts concealed until the buzzer goes off.
irons division
Irons Division is the hardest division to compete in. Stages are designed around using modern optics. There is no quarter given for Irons Division shooters. You will shoot the same courses of fire as everyone else.
minuteman division
This division represents what the average person already owns and won’t need to change anything to compete in this division.
Mobile Infantry Division
“Everyone fights, no one quits!” Do your part and serve the Federation!
PCC Division
It’s not about the size, it’s about how you use it. Only available at matches with a max range of 200 yards.
Trooper division
This division was founded with the intent of simulating a combat patrol. Troopers will check in and hike all their gear for that day’s shooting into the range. Troopers must carry all their gear from stage to stage in one trip. The upside is they get to use any gear they can carry that won’t hurt our steel. At the end of the day, they must hike all their gear back to the Trooper Check-in.
